The purpose of a scheduling tool is to book meetings. Our tools only become valuable when an interview is scheduled, a support session is set up, or a sales call is booked.

That’s why we only charge you if a meeting is scheduled with Cronofy.

We charge one set monthly fee if your users schedule one or more meetings, plus a small additional fee if you exceed the number of active users covered in your chosen payment plan.

No, it’s an activation model. We only charge for users when a meeting has been booked for them in a calendar month. No meeting, no charge.

Use Cronofy to create scheduling links that allow people to schedule meetings with you and your colleagues.

We securely connect to your calendar, keep your availability up to date in real-time and use this information in your scheduling requests to ensure people schedule meetings at the best times for you.

A user is someone who's connected their calendar account to Cronofy. This can either be by them doing it directly, or when an admin connects their domain to Cronofy and sets up syncing.

An active user is someone who uses their Cronofy account to schedule a meeting, or is added to a meeting by another user.
