Cronofy is committed to maintaining a robust and up to date information security program. A pillar of our commitment to data protection is how we adhere to the privacy pillars outlined within the CCPA requirements, to all of our data.

What is CCPA?

The CCPA, stands for the California Consumer Privacy act. The CCPA is a privacy bill that create significant new data protection obligations for qualifying businesses, no matter where they're located, CCPA creates new privacy rights for Californians. CCPA went into effect on 1st January 2020 and enforcement by California's Office of the Attorney General began on 1st July 2020.The CCPA applies to data collected by businesses, the reasons for that collection, and the consent that consumers must provide before their data is processed, shared, or stored.
